Vegan Egg (Flax / Chia Egg)

There are many to create an egg substitute when it comes to baking. Two popular methods use flax and chia.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed or chia seed
  • 3 Tbsp water

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine either the ground flax seed or chia seed and water. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes. Then use as an egg substitute.
